1. Perfect Layout may be used by anyone as a reference or basis for any website design that might be made for profit or otherwise.
2. Perfect Layout may not be used as a basis for creating a different "functional template" unless the new template is also provided for free.
3. Perfect Layout may not be distributed except within your organization or company and on this website. Please refer potential users to this website.
4. Users of Perfect Layout may not remove comments in code indicating that a design was based on Perfect Layout.
5. Users of Perfect Layout may not claim that Perfect Layout code was created by themselves, unless that code was originally based on their work, see credits.

Perfect Layout, as a whole, is owned by Dwight House. I reserve all rights to it, including the rights to void any of the above rules at any time, for any reason.
