The Perfect Layout is an attempt to provide handcoding website designers with a simple, but powerful page template. Not a visual template, but a functional template. In addition to providing a basic layout structure, it provides styling for most basic XHTML elements and common structural constructions. It is designed to handle problems before they happen.
